Our school is delighted to be taking part in Royal Mail’s Heroes Stamp Design Competition, honouring the heroes of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Eight pupils from primary and secondary schools across the UK will become designers of this stamp set, and one could be your child!

All we are asking your child to do is think about who their heroes are and then design a stamp in their honour. Pupils must design their stamp in colour but must not add the Queen’s silhouette or the first-class mark as these will already be on the design.

If you would like your child to participate, please ask them to draw their design on to the attached entry form and return it to their teacher in school by Wednesday 26th May 2021.

A special panel of judges will pick the winning designs and each entry we send in will have the name of each child, plus their age and our school’s name and postcode.

Please read the attached letter and entry requirements from Royal Mail carefully. The competition is open to all children aged 4-14 years of age and the drawing must be submitted on the official entry form (see attached).

Good luck!
